Thank you to everyone who supported the Turning the Page Events!

The Friends of the Aberdeen Library held our very first fundraising gala on April 13, 2023. Themed, ‘Turning The Page,’ we celebrated the progress we had made in our efforts to repurpose a historic building into a contemporary library.

Our 2nd Annual ‘Turning the Page Gala - Where Words Come to Life,’ was also a night to remember. It occurred on April 11, 2024.

A third ‘Turning the Page’ event occurred on April 10, 2025. With whimsical décor, lively entertainment, incredible auction items, and delicious hors d’oeuvres, desserts and libations, the evening was nothing short of spectacular — all made possible by the generosity and heart of our community.

The Friends of the Aberdeen Library, would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our sponsors who made our fundraisers a resounding success. Your generous contributions helped bring words to life and supported our mission to foster a love for reading and learning in our community.
